Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an account on akslot, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person, not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you hold an Account.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise legally permitted to access online gaming services under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of akslot or any affiliated entity.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the Platform under any prior account.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Indonesian law.

akslot reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 72 hours of request may result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawal.

3.1 Registration

To open an Account, you must complete the registration form accurately and truthfully. You agree to provide your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, a valid email address, and a mobile phone number registered in Indonesia. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes an immediate breach of these Terms.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account at any time. The creation, operation, or use of multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple Accounts are discovered, akslot will close all but the oldest Account, and any balances associated with the secondary accounts will be permanently forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. akslot will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify akslot immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

3.4 KYC Verification

akslot operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Before processing any withdrawal, and at any time akslot deems appropriate, you may be required to submit:

• A government-issued photo identity document (Indonesian KTP, Passport, or SIM);
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of registered e-wallet or bank account in your name).

Documents must be clear, unaltered, and in the name matching the Account registration details. akslot reserves the right to reject documents that do not meet these standards and to suspend the Account pending resubmission.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

akslot accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels, all denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR):

• Local Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

Payment methods may be updated periodically. Players are advised to check the cashier sect ion of the Platform for the current list of supported methods.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no fixed maximum deposit limit for standard accounts; however, enhanced due diligence may apply to single deposits exceeding Rp 50.000.000. akslot reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits before crediting funds to the Account Balance.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via local bank transfer and e-wallet are typically credited to your Account Balance within five (5) minutes of confirmed receipt. akslot is not responsible for delays caused by the sending bank or e-wallet provider. If a deposit has not been credited within 60 minutes, Players should contact customer support with their transfer reference number.

4.4 Withdrawal Requests

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Verified accounts in good standing can expect withdrawal processing within one (1) business hour during operating hours (07:00–23:00 WIB).
• Requests submitted outside operating hours will be queued and processed at the start of the next business session.

4.5 Withdrawal Restrictions

akslot reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where: (a) the Account is under security review; (b) KYC documentation is incomplete or under assessment; (c) the withdrawal amount includes Bonus Funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements; or (d) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, akslot will communicate the reason for the hold to the Player within 24 hours of the withdrawal request.

4.6 Currency

All Account Balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). akslot does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any funds received in a currency other than IDR will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of receipt, less any applicable conversion fees charged by the payment provider.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

akslot offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to real-money withdrawable funds. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the specific promotion) must be staked in eligible games before a withdrawal can be processed. The applicable multiplier, eligible games, and expiry period are stated on each promotion page.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

akslot employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse. Prohibited patterns include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk hedged bets designed purely to clear wagering requirements, sharing bonuses between accounts, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional mechanics. Where bonus abuse is identified, akslot reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and close the Account without prior notice.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds that are not used within the stated validity period will automatically expire and be removed from the Account Balance. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated under any circumstances. It is the Player's responsibility to review the expiry conditions of any bonus before accepting it.

5.5 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions

akslot reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already accepted a bonus prior to any such modification will be subject to the terms applicable at the time the bonus was accepted, provided those terms were not accepted in error.

By using the akslot Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful and respectful manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or financing of terrorism.
• Attempting to access accounts, systems, or data belonging to other players or to akslot's infrastructure without authorization.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in any manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Posting, transmitting, or sharing abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, or unlawful content through any communication feature of the Platform.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or location to circumvent eligibility requirements or Platform restrictions.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or pricing errors to place bets at incorrect odds — any such bets will be voided at akslot's sole discretion.

akslot reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of this conduct policy and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, permanent ban, and the reporting of relevant information to law enforcement authorities.

7.1 Game Integrity

All casino games, slot titles, live dealer tables, and togel draw products offered on akslot use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are independently audited by accredited third-party testing laboratories. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot game is disclosed in the game information panel.

7.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets — including football (BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, Piala AFF, and Timnas Indonesia fixtures), badminton, MotoGP (Mandalika circuit), and e-sports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile) — are subject to specific sportsbook rules published within the sports betting section of the Platform. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets are settled in accordance with the Platform's published accumulator rules. In the event of a dispute over settlement, the official result issued by the relevant governing body shall be final.

7.3 Voided Bets

akslot reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the bet was placed at an erroneous price due to a system or human error; (b) the event to which the bet relates is subsequently determined to have been subject to match-fixing or irregular activity; (c) the player was ineligible to place the bet at the time it was placed; or (d) the Platform experienced a technical malfunction that materially affected the outcome. Voided bets will have the staked amount returned to the Player's Account Balance.

7.4 Maximum Payout

akslot applies maximum payout limits on a per-game and per-event basis. These limits are displayed in the game lobby and sportsbook interface. Any winnings in excess of the stated maximum payout on a single bet or game round will be capped at the maximum payout amount, regardless of the mathematical outcome.

akslot collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

akslot implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, two-factor authentication, and regular penetration testing to protect player data. We will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities where legally required.

Players have the right to access, correct, and request the deletion of their personal data, subject to akslot's legal retention obligations. Data subject requests may be submitted to our support team at the email address provided in Section 12.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, akslot, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if akslot has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform's services, whether planned or unplanned, including downtime caused by maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your Account or data caused by factors outside akslot's reasonable control.
• The conduct of any third-party payment provider, game studio, or service provider integrated into the Platform.

akslot's total aggregate liability to any Player for any cause whatsoever, regardless of the form of action, shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury arising from negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

10.1 Termination by Player

You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written request to akslot's customer support team. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. Remaining real-money Balance (excluding any Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to your nominated payment method within five (5) business days.

10.2 Termination by akslot

akslot reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• akslot is required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or law enforcement agency;
• The Player has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive conduct;
• The Player's account activity indicates potential money laundering or terrorist financing;
• The Player has self-excluded and subsequently attempted to circumvent the self-exclusion;
• akslot reasonably believes that continued operation of the Account poses a legal, reputational, or financial risk.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of an Account for breach of these Terms, akslot reserves the right to void all pending bets, cancel all Bonus Funds, and withhold any Balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, remaining real-money Balance will be returned to the Player after deduction of any applicable processing fees.

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which akslot is licensed and incorporated. To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms are also interpreted with reference to internationally recognized principles of online gaming regulation.

11.2 Informal Resolution

In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to contact akslot's customer support team in the first instance. akslot commits to responding to all formal complaints within 48 hours and to making reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably within 14 days of the initial complaint.

11.3 Formal Dispute Process

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 14 days, either party may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority or to an independent dispute resolution (ADR) body recognized by akslot's regulator. Details of the applicable ADR provider are available from akslot's customer support team upon request.

11.4 Waiver of Class Action

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of any class, consolidated, or representative proceeding.

11.5 Amendments to These Terms

akslot reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform no fewer than seven (7) days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account prior to the effective date.
